Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the annual sales target in accordance with the organization’s objective.
- Assist the team to achieve their individual targets by helping with sales strategies, customer visits & alien them with the organization’s goals.
- Supervise & analyze performance & take corrective action plan to achieve the target.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify the business opportunities, evaluate the customer needs & gain insights into the competitor’s activities.
- Build and maintain the strong relationship with the KOL/KBL & Key decision markers, act as bridge between the organization & customer.
- Attain a high level of product knowledge for training the team & promotion of products by presentations and demonstrations.
- Retain the team by motivation, transparency, grooming & coach them as the demand arises.
- Prompt resolution of customer concerns, inputs, feedback with the concerned departments.
- Judicial spend of the budget allocated to achieve the targets.
- Meticulously manage the inventory to minimize the expiries, S2S ratio, diligent stock forecasting, managing adequate inventory at distributors & hospital level.
- Close coordination with the business partners (Distributors) in terms of sales growth, forecasting, receivables under control & servicing to the customers satisfaction.
- Collection of receivables as per the credit policy set by the organization.
- Ensuring the Implementation of the marketing activities effectively in the market by the sales team.
- Conducting review meeting on weekly/monthly basis to monitor the performance in line with AOP.
- Closely work with the cross functional teams,
including marketing & product management to achieve the unified efforts towards achieving the organization goals.
- Follow 100% compliance as per the code of conduct & organizations policies.
Qualification & experience:
1. Science Graduate or related field.
2. Minimum 8+ years’ experience in sales of Medical Devices, preference will be given to the candidates with sufficient experience in interventional cardiology/Cardiac Rhythm devices.
3. 5+ years’ experience of the team management.
4. Good relationship with the cardiologists.
