Aboutthe Role:

We are seeking a dynamicand resultsoriented Freelance Business Development Manager to joinour team and spearhead the acquisition of delegates nominationawardees and sponsorships for our proposed trade delegation toSeychelles in the first week of February 2025. This excitingopportunity involves identifying and engaging potential candidatesfrom all corners of the globe ultimately contributing to thesuccess of this prestigiousevent.

Responsibilities:

- DelegateAcquisition: Actively seek out and engage potentialdelegates from diverse industries and regions worldwide.





Utilizeeffective networking cold calling and email outreach strategies tobuild a strong pipeline of qualifiedcandidates.
- Nomination AwardAcquisition: Identify deserving individuals ororganizations for the prestigious Global Icon Recognition Awardbestowed by the Minister of Seychelles. Conduct thorough researchand engage with potential nominees to secure theirparticipation.
- SponsorshipAcquisition: Source and engage potential sponsorsinterested in supporting the trade delegation. Develop compellingsponsorship packages and negotiate favourable terms to maximizerevenue generation.
- RelationshipManagement: Foster strong relationships withacquired delegates nomination awardees and sponsors ensuring theirongoing satisfaction andengagement.
- SalesReporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate records ofall sales activities including delegate acquisitions nominationaward registrations and sponsorshipenrolments.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with the project team providingupdates on progress and addressing any challenges orinquiries.

Qualifications:







- Proventrack record in business development or sales with a demonstratedability to exceed targets.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills both verbal andwritten.
- Strong networking andrelationshipbuilding abilities.
- Selfmotivatedand resultsoriented with a passion for driving businessgrowth.
- Ability to work independently andmanage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluencyin English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is aplus.

Compensation:

Thisis a freelance position with a commissionbased compensationstructure:

- DelegateAcquisition: 1020% per successfully acquireddelegate.
- NominationAward: 1020% of Rs. 1.50 Lakhs (Nomination AwardFee) per successfully registered nominationaward.
- Sponsorship:





1020% of the Sponsorship Fee per successfully enrolledsponsorship.
