- Workingon Data Management & Analysis. Making ReportsDaily/Weekly/MonthlyDashboards.
- Workingon different HR Projects & makingPresentations.
- Conductsweekly meetings with respective businessunits.
- Consultswith line management providing HR guidance whenappropriate..
- Managesand resolves complex employee relations and retention. Conductseffective thorough and objectiveinvestigations.
- Providesdaytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g.coaching counseling career development disciplinaryactions).
- Worksclosely with management and employees to improve work relationshipsbuild morale and increase productivity andretention.
- Providesguidance and input on business unit restructures workforce planningand successionplanning.
- Performsother related duties asassigned.
