Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Store Manager for our locations in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta. As a full-time position, candidates must have 7 to 10 years of experience in retail management.
The role requires adept management of store operations, applying strategic insights for growth, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure seamless service.

- Proficient in retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning (Mandatory skill).
- Extensive experience in inventory management, optimizing stock levels and minimizing excess.
- Strong skills in visual merchandising to create compelling product displays that enhance customer engagement.

- Proven capability in team leadership, fostering a high-performance culture and developing staff potential.

- Experience in vendor management, ensuring strong supplier relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
