Job Overview
We are looking for a fresher for the role of Kannada & Hindi Telecaller to join our team based in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for handling telecalling activities, ensuring queries are resolved and providing excellent customer service. The position level is for freshers and it is a full-time employment opportunity.
- Handle customer complaints provided appropriate solution and alternative within time limits.
- Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/ tools
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
Required candidates profile -
- Should have Under graduates.
- Freshers & Experience can apply.
- Must be comfortable with Work from office.
- Must be comfortable with Hindi, Kannada and English.
Salary upto 2.5lpa
Shifts - Day shift / Rotational week off
