propelling us into the next wave of digital finance.Job Description: We’re looking for a tech-savvy IT System Administrator to join our team and provide IT system setup and technical support to our employees. The IT Administrator will be responsible for setting up IT system infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, managing our wired and wireless office network infrastructure, and working with internal teams to ensure our IT systems are up-to-date and secure. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of information technology, including hardware, software, and networking.What you will be doing:Install, configure, and maintain hardware equipments such as laptops, AV equipment, meeting setup etc.,Provide technical support for internal messaging, email platform, internal and external applications etc.,Work with HR for onboarding and offboarding usersSupport Identity and Access management for systems including, provisioning, de-provisioning and review of user privilegesTroubleshoot,
and resolve IT support issues of internal users raised on the ticketing system.Work with vendors and service providers in resolving IT issues such a Telecom equipment provider, Wi-fi hardware vendor etc.,Monitor network and system performance, including network security and security logsBe the IT liaison for new hires, assist to create accounts and set up hardware for new hires across all operating geographiesSupport staff with meetings and events over Zoom, Google Meet etc.,Train users on new hardware and softwareSupport with documenting and managing IT policies, procedures and guidelinesSupport users across multiple timezonesSupport during Singapore working hoursWhat are we looking for:Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
