or a related field;- Min experience of 8-10 years in the IT sales and consulting with an MBA from Tier 1 Institutions.- Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving business growth.- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- In-depth knowledge of the ITES industry and market trends.- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
