- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.- Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals, PI, Sales Order and other sales reports.- Managing the whole sales operation process.- Maintaining CRM/ERP database.- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.- Able to communicate all aspect of sales operations to managers and other team members - Solve and handle team queries and problems.- Minm-2+ yrs exp from automobile/steel industry (preferable)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel , word, PPT (ref:updazz.com)
