This requirement is for Pepperfry Be Responsible for the Activation Metrics for the assigned Studio [Outbound & Inbound]. Goal Setting process for Studio Sales and Design Leads. Provide regular update on the Studio Lead Book. Train, Recruit and Coach Sales and Design team. Lead by example by directly managing the customers. Conduct regular activation events with customers and channel partners to drive business results.
Be responsible for the upkeep of the Studio. Ensure accurate inventory management including the stock replenishments at the Studio. Conduct outbound sales visits to drive large value business results. Conduct daily review meetings on the lead book with the sales and design team and provide regular updates.
