Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher for the role of Email Marketing Executive at Performance Max. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing. You will work closely with the Business Development team to support our outreach efforts and help grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Create and send personalized email campaigns to potential clients, showcasing our digital marketing services.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients for outreach.
- Email Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Write compelling and engaging email content, tailored to the target audience's needs.
- Database Management: Maintain and update client contact databases regularly to ensure efficient outreach.
- Performance Analysis: Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to align outreach strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-up email sequences to keep leads engaged and nurture them into clients.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging email content.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar).
- Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and tracking email performance.
- Ability to research and identify new client opportunities through online channels.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
