We are currently seeking a Configuration Specialist- Repackaging Application to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India.
Responsibilities
- 5 years of experience in repackaging applications in .MSI/.MSIx format using Admin Studio InstallShield & create transform files using Microsoft Custom Installation Wizard and Tuner.
- Understanding of MSI technology and command line options available.
- Proven experience relating to PowerShell, WSH VBScripting, WISE Scripting and Batch Scripting etc.
- Experience with any Software Distribution tool like Intune, Configuration Manager, SCCM, KACE etc is plus.
- Experience with any application virtualization tool like Thinapp, APPV etc is plus.
- Understanding of OS virtual technology and Imaging tools like Vmware, Hyper-V.
- Resolving DLL conflicts, registry settings, recognizing applications related problems Windows Command line knowledge [Cacls, Xcacls, Regsvr32 etc].
- Testing Application in environments to include Windows 10 & Windows 11.
