Position: Business Development Executive

- Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT software sales, information security solutions, ERP solutions, and managed services. This role requires proficiency in sales techniques, cold calling, lead generation, and proposal creation, with a focus on driving business growth in the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions.
- Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and utilizing CRM tools.
Client Engagement: Connect with Client executives and key decision-makers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Business Development: Drive new business opportunities and expand market presence by identifying new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Proposal Creation: Develop and present proposals that address client requirements, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and goals.
RFP Evaluation: Evaluate and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a timely and accurate manner.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present solutions and drive sales.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Event Participation: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network, learn about new developments, and represent the company
- Preferred Qualifications:
o Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
o Experience: Minimum of
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, specifically in the IT industry.
o Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
