Job Title: Semi-Voice Process Associate

Job Summary:
The Semi-Voice Process Associate will be responsible for handling customer queries and issues via both phone calls and other communication channels like email and chat. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Voice Support:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, or support requests.
- Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and resources.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or departments.
- Non-Voice Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or other written communication channels.
- Process orders, applications, or requests submitted by customers through various platforms.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM or other designated systems.
- Generate reports as required, providing insights into customer issues and resolution rates.
- Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to quality standards and compliance guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and quality sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any discipline is a plus.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role (voice and/or non-voice).
- Experience in handling both voice and non-voice processes is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
