We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Sales Manager to join our team in Pune and Goa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the life insurance industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
- Train and mentor sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 6-16 years of experience in the life insurance industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience managing a sales team
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
CTC:- upto 11 Lacs
