We need an IT Recruiter to handle our full recruitment process. The ideal candidate will find and hire top IT professionals.
- Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and other methods to find candidates.
Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers.Candidate Management: Communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Database Management: Keep our applicant tracking system updated.
Collaboration: Work with HR and hiring managers to understand needs.
- Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years in IT recruitment.Skills: Good communication and organizational skills.
- Tools: Experience with recruitment software and social media.

Pay: ?15,
- 00 - ?25,000.00 per month
