Role: NON IT Recruiter
Exp: 6 months to 2 years
Responsibilities:
1) A non-IT recruiter in the BFSI sector should be able to design and update job descriptions
2) A non-IT recruiter in the BFSI sector should be able to source candidates using various methods.
3) Participate in the full cycle of recruitment starting from sourcing a resume to getting a candidate started on the project.
4) Responsible for creating a medium to the large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting requirement targets, and providing regular status reports.
5) Should have experience in sourcing profiles in BFSI domain.
6) Should have done bulk hiring.
7) Should have worked on walk-in drives on daily basis.
8)
Should have worked in Junior and Senior roles in Banking domain till the VP level.
9) Should have a success ratio in achieving targets.
