Responsibilities
- Co-ordination for assigned Projects / Packages by Head-QA
- Preparation of the QA requirement, SQP, SFQP, Equipment Test Procedure for assigned packages.
- Attending Pre-award, post award, kick off and Review meetings for assigned packages.
- Finalization of QA requirements with bidder and supplier in time
- Timely completion of material inspection under coordination with Head QA
- Review of TPIA invoice and follow up with cross function team for payments.
- Vendor Assessment & preparation of assessment reports for assigned vendors by Head-QA
- MIS for the month and documentation as per IMS
- Review of MQPs, & Procedures as per agreed schedule.
- Disposition of Non-conformities
- Carry out inspection of equipment & Spares for Construction and O&M; as per approved MQP, Drg. & Data sheet at various Vendor/Sub-Vendor locations. Issuance of MDCC after satisfactory inspection or review of TPI report.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and control for the business.
- Quality document digitization and record keeping for each major or Project work.
Qualifications
Qualification : Engineering Graduate – Electrical (5 to 10 years)
Experiences:
- Electrical equipment & Material inspection: Power transformer, Reactor, Major equipment and material for AIS /GIS substation and HVDC system in Electrical works for Transmission line and Substation Projects
- Depth Knowledge of reference Indian & International Codes & Standards like IS/IEC/IEEE/ASTM etc. or all substation equipment / material & GIS.
- Capable of doing vendor assessment individually
- Resolving quality issue in time with acceptance level
Capable of doing const. audit at site as and when required
