1. To manage and implement information security controls for the organization. Ensure security controls in security operations complies with statutory and regulatory requirements. Protect the company’s information and its infrastructure from external and internal threats.

Main Accountabilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or master’s degree in IT/CSE, prior experience in similar roles
- Minimum 5 years of cumulative experience in Information Security and IT
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST.

- Good understanding of the various security threats and their mitigation strategies.
- Understanding of network architecture, protocols.
- Understanding of application development process.
SOC & Incident Management
- Manage security operations and incident response.
- Coordinate investigations, forensics of security breaches.
- Conduct security awareness, assessment and security drills
VAPT & Risk Assessments
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, application security testing with third party vendors and track remediation.
- Conduct adhoc vulnerability assessments of assets prior to go-live.
- Coordinate vendor,
infrastructure and application risk assessments.
Governance & Compliance
- Development of policies and procedures
- Coordination with regulatory agencies like CERT-IN, RBI, SEBI, IRDA, DIT etc.
- Assist in audits and compliance related requirements.
