Eligibility to become Airline Ticketing Agent
Candidate must have completed at least 18 years of age ( varies by the recruiting company )
Good communication skills and basic mathematical skills are required for the job .
PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes / Cancellation, Rescheduling.
Will be coordinating with Airline and customers over the phone and emails.
Good Geographical Knowledge i.e., City codes, Airport codes, Airline hub etc.
Requirements
Job Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy luggage. - Knowledge of airport regulations and procedures is preferred.
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
