Job Title : Sales Coordinator
Location : Ahmedabad
Job Summary : The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales
team, managing sales-related documents, and ensuring efficient communication between the sales
department and other departments within the organization. This role plays a critical part in helping
the sales team meet their targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Order Processing :
Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Verify order details, pricing, and availability of products / services.
Communicate order status and confirmations to customers.
Customer Support :
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and
exceptional service.
Sales Reporting :
Compile and analyze sales data, preparing reports for the sales team and
management.
Assist in tracking sales performance against targets and goals.
Documentation and Record Keeping :
Maintain and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and records.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Inventory Management :
Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team for restocking.
Sales Team Support :
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales
presentations and proposals.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel
arrangements.
Sales Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving sales processes.
Suggest and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Communication :
Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
Ensure effective communication channels to support sales activities.
Qualifications :
Should belong from engineering background.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
