Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Facilitating HR process enhancements
- Facilitating policy framing and implementation in the organization
- Supporting relevant authorities in implementing new HR initiatives
- Preparing and issuing required letters and agreements
- Conducting employee induction programs
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing initial screenings, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Provide administrative support and engage in HR projects work as required.
- Contribute to employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
