Key Performance Measures:

- Sr Executive/ Asst. Manager - CRM

- Preferred candidate profile

Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Software (4QT)
- Must have outstanding customer service skills.

Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

- Must have good computer skills.

Must have good communication skills.

- Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task.

- Key Responsibilities:

Responsible Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients: regular communication, responding to client inquiries and requests,





and addressing any issues that arise

Collaborating with internal teams: work closely with other internal teams, such as the sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure that clients receive a seamless and positive experience

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity.

Planned wow moments executed to perfection at important stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession

- Co-ordinating with the CRM Team, Manager and internal department for the process improvement & updating the MIS report logics.

Attending customers who visit office with their queries to resolve and ensure 100% satisfactory with the adequate resolution to the query.

- Cancellations, transfer requests and registration process.







Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.

- Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage.

Refunds/Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress
