Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms and Visa Types.
Candidate should possess strong communication, convincing and commanding skills.
Must be willing to work for a long-term
Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is onboarding.
Skills
Excellent organizational skills.
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven IT recruiting experience
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generating and updating daily reports.
Effectively recruited candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking and other strategies.
Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
Ability to understand and analyze people.
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and confident personality.
