Position Overview: We are hiring for an SEO specialist for an IT based client, who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our online presence and increase organic traffic to our website. Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze website performance metrics, and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve search engine rankings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to our target audience and business objectives.
Perform on-page optimization, optimizing website content, meta tags, headers,
and internal linking structure to improve search engine visibility and user experience. Develop and implement off-page optimization strategies such as link building, content marketing, and social media engagement to enhance website authority and increase inbound links. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager and provide regular reports on SEO performance, trends, and insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine algorithms, SEO techniques, and digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content writers, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital presence. Report and communicate to the clients related to SEO performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, keyword research, and SEO best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
