Job Title : Bank CASA Sales Officer

Job Summary :
As a CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of current and savings accounts. You will work to generate new business and manage customer relationships, promoting the bank's products and services to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Account Acquisition : Identify and target potential customers to open Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).
2. Lead Generation : Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels such as direct marketing, cold calling, field visits, and referrals.

Sales Target Achievement : Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for CASA products by acquiring new customers.
4. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and addressing any queries or concerns.
5. Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products such as loans, insurance, and fixed deposits.
6. Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to provide insights and suggestions to improve sales performance.
7. Documentation and Compliance : Ensure all customer documentation is complete and accurate, adhering to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
