We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist with 2-6 years of real estate experience to manage and optimize pay-per-click advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing PPC strategies across major search platforms to increase visibility, lead generation, and ROI for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute PPC strategies to align with business goals.
- Manage and optimize PPC accounts on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, audience development, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and report on ad spend and budget allocations to optimize returns.
- Collaborate on content creation and copywriting for PPC ads.
- Track KPIs and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 2-6 years of PPC experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong understanding of keyword bidding, audience segmentation, and ad performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign performance reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
