Job Summary :
The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products and services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key responsibility :
- Generate New Business : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for banking products.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong client relationships for customer retention.
- Market Research : Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
- Promote Products :
Conduct promotional activities to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Provide Customer Service : Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications :
- Age required 21 to 32.
- Bachelor's degree in In Any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
- Must own a bike and be willing to travel within the assigned area.
