We invite expression of interest from Corporate leaders, HR firms, Finance and Banking experts, Management consultants, Ex-Armed Forces,
Ex-government and Public Sector officials as well as certified assessors who would like to be a part of our esteemed panel and participate in the Interview process for evaluating internal and external talent for leadership roles across the group.
It is an opportunity for the senior veterans who have retired from leadership roles or have headed a division. Leaders with prior experience in Talent Search will be prime focus for us. We will be hiring veterans in Finance, HR, Projects, Commercial, Marketing, Intelligence, Regulatory Affairs, Advocacy, etc. and your experience in identifying the talent for Vedanta would be critical.
The Opportunity:
As Vedanta is in an exciting growth phase, we encourage experts who would like to be a part of our high-quality panels to assess talent pools through structured tools and methods like psychometric, etc. The experts would be invited for Panel briefing / pre-meeting prior to evaluation.
