As the CRM Presales consultant, you will keep up the market trends, competitor strategies, and customer data which contributing to sales strategies and positioning. In addition to that you will be often first point of contact with a potential customer along with lead qualification, scheduling appointments etc. The candidate should be experienced Salesforce professionals along with exposure to other industry’s best CRM systems.
Experience / Skill:
10+ years of Salesforce domain experience along with 5+ years of extensive presales experience.
Should have experience dealing with and closing multi-million-dollar proposals in the past including various clouds & components of CRM, preferably Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industry clouds.
Should be able to handle both domestic and international clients and understand the dynamics.
Salesforce certification includes Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
Any domain certifications could be nice to have
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing customer base from historical data, surveys, testimonials, reviews etc.
- Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their business drivers and developing innovative solutions to address their challenges.
- Understand the CRM landscape across various industries like Contact Center, Healthcare, Manufacturing etc.
- Researching your competitors about their strengths and weaknesses to help on positioning your offer. Which might include attending trade shows and reviewing the competition’s website, product documentation, industry reports, and press releases.
- Making discovery calls with prospect and helping sales team by gathering details about the prospect’s business, goals, and challenges.
- Presenting tailored solutions about customer needs, pain points and hand off to sales team.
- Helping RFPs includes speaking of proposals, crafting perfect request for products or services.
- Collaborating closely with solutioning team, marketing, and post-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
