Job Description:
Experience: 4 - 7 years in SAP positions.
Job Title : Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Location : Permanent Remote
Responsibilities
Individual Contribution (70%):
- Lead the recruitment process for senior and technical roles, focusing on SAP modules, including S/4 and niche IT skills.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using platforms like , ensuring a quick turnaround.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment,
from CV processing to candidate tracking and interview coordination.
- Handle both full-time and contractual roles, meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and metrics.
- Maintain and update the internal database, ensuring accurate candidate information.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Support recruitment activities within the US EST time zone (up to 11 pm IST).
Team Management (30%):
- Oversee team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, providing coaching and support.
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with the leadership team.
- Improve recruitment processes and create SOPs for various activities.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and identify process gaps, providing effective solutions.
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's degree with hands-on experience in IT recruitment especially SAP.
- Self - starter and independently handle the activities.
