Roles and Responsibilities
1.
Experience working in Banking/Financial Domain especially Transaction Banking and preferably Channel Banking (Online/Mobile Banking)
2. Domain Expertise in any of the verticals for payments, Collections, Trade Finance and supply chain finance operations
3. Good Design, Analysis, Documentation, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
4. Analyze business requirements, understand the application Architecture/specifications and ability to design solutions including logical Interfaces
5. Experience in writing User Stories and Interface specifications
6. Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies especially Agile
7. Strong Verbal and written communication skills, should be able to work in a global development environment including support Pre-sales activities such as Product Demo,
Responding to RFPs
8. Familiar with Tools such as JIRA and Confluence
9. Acts as a liaison between the Product Management and Product development group for the enhancement and creation of business features
10. Lead the business analysis team for the product / implementation and guide / mentor / support the team for BAU activities, functional & Integration testing, review solution design (functional / integration) having impact across multiple systems
Domain specific Attributes / Experience:
Payments >
1. Hands-on experience in End-to-end processing of Outward / Inward Payments
2. Product / Implementation experience for at least 5 – 6 years for
3. Payment Initiation Channels (Internet / Mobile / API Banking / Host-to-Host)
4.
Payment Processing (Pre-Processor HUB, Payment Engine / Payment Gateway)
5. Hands-on experience in Industry standard Payment file / Message formats for SWIFT MT, ISO 20022 / MX and payment rail specific clearing file formats
Collections >
1. Hands-on experience in handling corporate collections comprising of cash collection, cheque collection, Direct Debits (Mandates / Transactions), PDCs
2. Working Experience in handling Receivable products comprising of Invoice management, Payer management, Reconciliations (Manual / Rule Based), Credit Notes
3. Domain expertise in Virtual account management extending the scope to Payments and collections for POBO and COBO
Digital Banking Experience >
1.
Product / Implementation experience for digital transaction banking including web / mobile channel / API Banking
2. Hands-on experience in end-to=end implementation cycle for channel banking engagement
3. Working experience of driving the integration solution for digital user journeys across different systems
4. Experience in handling integration between channel and Payment Gateways / Aggregators
5. Implementation experience in handling Security solutions viz. Hard Token / Soft Token Integration
6. Hands-on Experience in driving the mobile app solution as part of channel banking with scope of security / functional integration in picture.
7.
Working Experience of wallet payment / bill payments / tax payments through integration with gateways / Regulatory sites
