Role Description
We are offering a Remote Internship for a Customer Support Executive at Abekus. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. As a key member of the support team, you’ll play an important role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional online support to customers
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and technical problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering excellent service
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Document and track customer interactions using support tools
- Contribute to improving support processes and customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and technical support abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in a relevant field
