Job Position : Sr.Platform Engineer (AWS)
Experience : 6+Years
Contractual Period : 6+ Months
Location : Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr.Platform Engineer with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level proficiency in Python programming and proven expertise in AWS serverless technologies. This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing scalable event-driven architectures and RESTful APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Design and implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Architect and build event-driven systems that facilitate seamless data flow and processing.
- Integrate and manage both RDBMS and NoSQL databases to support application requirements.
- Create and consume RESTful APIs for various services, ensuring robust and secure integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine application requirements and architecture.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in serverless development and cloud computing.
Skills & Requirements:
- Python Programming: Expert level with a strong understanding of Python frameworks and libraries.
- AWS Serverless Development: Proven expertise with AWS Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Event-Driven Architecture: Strong proficiency in designing and implementing event-driven systems.
- Databases: Extensive experience with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- RESTful API Development: Proficient in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with other AWS services (e.g., S3, CloudFormation,
SNS) is a plus
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with Python and AWS technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
