Imaging Endpoints is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with offices in Cambridge,





Massachusetts; London, UK; Leiden, Netherlands; Basel, Switzerland; Hyderabad, India and Shanghai, China. Under the direction of Associate Director-Proposals, Sales Research Associate I is primarily responsible for the proposal and contract process within IE and shall coordinate with Business Development, Operations, Medical and Scientific Affairs, Finance, and Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to prepare, review, and negotiate proposals and change orders. This position will interact with potential clients, vendors, and other stakeholders and collaborate with internal staff across all departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform the responsibilities of the Sales Research Associate I as needed,





plus the following additional responsibilities:

- Author proposals and perform QC of proposals authored by other team members.
- Coordinate with the proposal team to optimize proposal design by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs described in RFPs and associated documentation. Integrate IE experience, key differentiators, and other industry best practices into proposals and presentations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- 2 - 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or a regulated industry.
- 1+ year of experience in medical imaging preferred.
- Prior experience in technical writing and/or proposal development preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business,





Computer Science / MIS, Science, Law, or related area.
- Knowledge and understanding of Good Clinical Practices.
- Prior experience in imaging clinical trials a must.
- Imaging Core Lab and/or Contract Research Organization experience preferred.

SKILLS

- Excellent oral and written English language skills
- Positive attitude, promoting a team spirit and professional environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of best practices pertaining to software life cycle methodologies, ICH-GCP, 21 CFR Part 11
- Knowledge of software version control practices for maintaining reusable code and shared programming projects over extended periods of time






- Ability to learn new systems and function in an evolving technical environment
- Ability to successfully work independently and together with international teams
