Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer our Salesforce.com CRM, ensuring seamless data flow integration with our ERP, Intact and our marketing technology stack, including Apollo (database and outreach tool), Pardot Marketing Automation Platform and 6Sense (Account Based Marketing Platform).
- Implement changes and recommendations in Salesforce.com to capture key data with the appropriate structure, incorporating necessary validation processes to support business operations.
- Document, streamline, and optimize sales and marketing processes to enable effective end-to-end lead funnel management.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce.com reports and dashboards to track and analyze sales and marketing performance,
including sales/BDR productivity, pipeline generation, and sales forecasting.
Key Requirements:
- Salesforce.com certified
- 10+ year experience in managing sales data and processes, ideally with software vendors
- Expert in data hygiene and lead funnel management
