Description: Application Executive - Positions -1 JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Processing of application to colleges/universities (UK).
- Processing and preparing of UK student visa and dependent visa.
- Efficient formal documents drafting, filing in different forms with accuracy, storing data and update them time-to-time according to the operations' workflow
- Create and develop SOP and CV as needed by the Universities.
- Data research and entry via creating and updating spreadsheets to keep track of daily research
- Guide clients for the necessary documentation required for university application as well as for visa filing
- Regularly follow up with clients for the ongoing process of the application.
- Online,
as well as Paper Applications, will have to process on various Online Portals
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate from any field
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, Wifi etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
