Job Description: Internal Audit

Location: Ahmedabad, Mumbai & Pune

Firm: Big 6 Firm

Role Overview: We are seeking CA-qualified Professionals for our Internal Audit team in the Manufacturing Sector. This role involves assessing business risks, internal controls, and process effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Field Work:

- Conduct Internal Audits and engage in Internal Financial Controls, Enterprise Risk Management.
- Risk and Compliance: Assess compliance with regulations and organisational policies, and ensure clients are adhering to best practices in risk management.
- Audit Program Development: Develop and refine audit programs, prepare risk and control matrices, testing procedures,





and control frameworks to address key risk areas.
- Report Preparation and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive audit reports that highlight key findings, risks, and recommendations, and present these to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Team Coordination:

- Guide Associates in the team.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager.

Client Interaction:

Operate in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified with 1+ years of Professional experience in IA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility for travel and extended work hours.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Good to have IT Skills: ERP, SAP, Oracle.
