- Adobe AEP/RTCDP expertise with more than 2 years of experience in AEP based implementations.
- Extensive experience with a focus on customer data platforms CDP
- Overall knowledge of capturing customer data from different data sources to aggregate and generate customer insights with analytics products Knowledge and experience on offer decisioning and marketing activations through AJO, Target etc.
- Experience in data driven experience.

- Good verbal written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization.
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
- Effective Co-ordination and Analytical skills
- Leadership skills to lead a team of AEP specialists, marketing.

Particle, Segment etc.o Website optimization consulting experienceo Web development experienceo ERP, SaaS, or other software implementation experienceo Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.)o master’s degree in business or other related advanced education
