Team Purpose:
The Managed Network & Security Team is responsible for the management of the network & security devices in our Datacenters, connectivity towards customers and Cloud providers and on premis Network & Security implementations at our Customers
Role Purpose:
- The role is to audit and migrate our global customers base to a newly block of Public IPv4 addresess. Troubleshoot & analyse incidents and changes related to your own projects, make suggestions to fix and implement the solution. Work as a full member of our international team with a size of 35 Engineers. We are looking for an experienced Professional who is autonomous, experienced, self-driven security fanatics.
- You should possess excellent communication and team working skills and have confidence working on your own initiative. You will be required to work during European business hours from Monday to Friday however depending on the situation you might need to stretch as well on certain occasions. Flexible working option is available
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manages the auditing,migration and support of our customers to a newly created Public Infrastructure. Familiar with Firewalls technologies, including Cisco/Fortinet/PaloAlto. Coordinates with networking vendors to ensure appropriate platform integration and performance. Makes recommendations to Senior management and Projects Team on new migration strategies and products for enhancement of the network.
- Leads and participates in the installation of Network systems and equipment for new facilities and expansions. Tests, debugs and analyzes performance, and documents infrastructure components.
- Develops Network infrastructure installation procedures to ensure successful integration of systems hardware/software.
Develops and recommends technical strategies and solutions to maintain and/or expand service levels.
- Monitors and analyzes network, and provides results on a regular basis. Takes corrective action to improve data network.
- Responds to emergency situations and can perform effective troubleshooting during production outages.
- Analyse capacity management reports & propose improvements
- Prepare and execute Change requests
- Remotely Configure new devices
- Interact with multiple teams ( Helpdesk , Customer , Service Delivery Mgr, PMs )
- Make technical advisory / designs for customer network migrations
- Make technical advisory to improve customer security environment.
- Communicate & raise incidents to 3the party ( vendors / telecom providers )
- Create and update documentation sets
- Propose improvement plans ( technical & human activity )
- Team presentations on your activities
- Analyse reporting before used by Service Delivery Manager
- Understand vendor product / solution evolutions
Skills/Experience
Mandatory:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Networking Field with vendor products like Cisco, Fortinet, PaloAlto, with good experience on Firewalls as well as Public Infrastructures.
- Hands on experience to work in an ITIL structured organisation dealing with Incident / Change / Problem management
- Expert with implementing and supporting customer migrations
- Experience with customer’s network auditing.
- Configuring network & security devices with end to end security in mind.
- Troubleshout using traffic analysers ,
capacity management tools.
- Incident Report Document writing.
- Documentation ( MS Word ) & drawing ( MS Visio ) updates
- Participating in Team & Customer meetings.
Desirable:
Previous experience on migrating large customers to a newly Public Infrastructure is a plus
Migration of DNS, Web servers.
Qualification/Certification requirements
Masters or graduate
Technical certifications ( at least one CCNP or CCIE badge is required )
Cisco CCIE Routing & Switching

Fortinet NSE 6 or Higher
PaloAlto Certified
Meraki Certified Meraki Network Operator
Awareness ITIL® V3 framework
