Key responsibilities of the Role

- Understand and comprehend the course content to gather the assignment requirements
- Evaluate and update the grades on Learning Management Systems.
- Resolve grading related queries raised by the participants, consulting with the other grading team members when necessary
- Suggest edits to rubrics.
- Coordinate grading related activities with cross-functional teams.
- Be vigilant during grading for plagiarized assignments and follow the prescribed process to close the loop on plagiarism
- Share insights received during grading that may be helpful to the company stakeholders
- Documentation of grading requirements, grading feedback, positive reciprocation, suggestions for new courses

Qualifications

- Required work experience: about 2-3 years, preferably in teaching and or evaluations.






- Pursuing Research work or has worked as an academic writer or as a research assistant and has handled evaluations.
- Knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese required (Written+Oral)
- Proficient in written and oral communication to facilitate succinct feedback to participants for their assignments
