Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – Technical Architect - Servicenow
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this critical role, you will be responsible for architecting cutting-edge systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions
- Open to Do POC’S and Learning on Generative AI tools and not limiting to python coding, LLM Models etc
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
- Knowledge on Generative AI tools and not limiting to python coding, LLM Models etc
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms.
- Experience with fine-tuning and deploying LLMs for specific applications.
- Knowledge of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI.
