About the job

We are seeking an experienced IT Admin/Email Marketing Specialist to join our team work from home or part time. you will be responsible for managing and maintaining email infrastructures, including the setup and configuration of email servers, DNS records, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication protocols and possess working knowledge of SMTP servers, Power MTA and email marketing applications like Mailwizz, Mailchimp, Amazon ses, bravo, SendGrid, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cloudfare

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for email delivery issues, spam filtering, and email security. Additionally,





you will stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in email infrastructure management.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

Develop and execute effective email campaigns to engage potential leads and drive conversions.

Implement and optimize technical setup for email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other authentication protocols.

Utilize your knowledge of SMTP servers, preferably PowerMTA or AWS SES, to manage email sending and deliverability.

Utilize email marketing software or experience in self-hosted Email Marketing Applications to set up and manage email campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.

Ideal Profile

- You have at least 4-5 years’ experience ideally in Digital Marketing within IT industry.
- Strong understanding of email protocols and standards, including SMTP, POP3, IMAP, and MIME
- Experience with email servers such as Postfix, Exim, Send mail,





or Microsoft Exchange
- Familiarity with DNS configuration and management
- Knowledge of Mailchimp, Amazon ses, bravo, SendGrid
- Understanding of spam filtering techniques and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
