Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in generating business for Secured Business Loans/LAP through direct sourcing.
- Achieve sales targets by expanding the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
- Monitor team performance to ensure quality service delivery and achievement of business goals.
- Build and strengthen the sales and distribution network in the assigned territory.
- Develop strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Oversee the entire loan process, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and communication with clients.
- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Candidate profile :
- Min 5+ years experience in sales of LAP/Business Loans/Mortgage
- Local candidates are preferred with local geography knowledge.
- Must have at least 2 years team leading experience.
