About The Role:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for email support & webchat process in a timely & accurate way.
- To resolve candidate queries within the assigned TAT.
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
- Coordinate with the team for updates.
Qualification Criteria:
- Excellent email writing /drafting skills.
- Decent communication skills.
- Should have 1 year of experience in email support.
