ProcessQ Inc. at Hyderabad is looking for Immediate ( 1 - 2 Weeks) candidates in the following area: Project Manager / Scrum Master ( MS. Net Technology ) 10 + Years of Experience for our Hyderabad Office
Position Overview:
The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for guiding and mentoring multiple Scrum teams through Agile best practices, helping deliver high-quality Projects and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scrum Process Leadership:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams.. Ensure the teams adhere to Scrum/Agile principles and best practices.
2. Strategic Alignment and Collaboration:
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of the team’s work with business goals.
3. Team Mentorship and Development:
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams, ensuring they are properly trained and supported in Agile methodologies.
4. Stakeholder Management:
Liaise between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
5. Decision-Making Support:
Collaborate on decisions regarding project scope, timeline, and resources with senior leadership.
Lead efforts to resolve high-impact issues and risks that affect team performance and project success.
6. Agile Transformation and Continuous Improvement:
Drive Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Continuously assess and improve team performance through Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
7. Cross-Team Coordination:
- Facilitate coordination between multiple Scrum teams in large-scale projects.
- Implement best practices for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Key Qualifications:
1.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in MICROSOFT .NET software development environments.
- Proven track record of working with senior leaders (executives, directors, VPs) to influence and guide strategic decision-making.
- Experience working in large-scale, cross-functional projects.
5. Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of the .NET technical aspects of software development to facilitate better communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Certifications (preferred):
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent.
SAFe Agilist or other relevant Agile certifications.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution
