Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing solar energy projects from inception to completion
- Coordinating with various teams for land acquisition, grid integration, and infrastructure development
- Overseeing engineering, procurement, and installation processes
- Ensuring project timelines and budgets are met
- Managing client relationships and expectations
- Implementing safety protocols and maintaining a strong safety culture
- Coordinating with operation and maintenance teams post-project completion
- Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5-7 years of experience in solar power plant execution
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, particularly solar
- Familiarity with grid integration and infrastructure development processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of safety regulations and environmental impact of renewable energy projects
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements
