Job Title: RPA UI Developer
Location: Remote

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced RPA UI Developer with a strong background in financial services and expertise in Workato integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, with a focus on automating financial processes and integrating workflows using Workato. This role requires a deep understanding of both RPA technologies and the specific needs of the finance industry, including compliance, security, and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate critical financial processes such as accounts payable,
accounts receivable, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automation workflows, focusing on improving process efficiency and accuracy.
- Build and manage custom RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere to streamline financial operations.
- Integrate RPA workflows with financial applications and ERPs (e.g., Oracle Financials, NetSuite, SAP) using Workato, leveraging its connectors and integration capabilities.
- Develop intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX for RPA applications tailored to the finance industry to ensure ease of use and smooth adoption by finance teams.
- Ensure seamless data flow between financial systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP services to connect RPA solutions with other financial and third-party applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot RPA workflows and Workato integrations to maintain performance, accuracy,
and efficiency in financial automation processes.
- Continuously optimize and maintain RPA solutions to meet the changing regulatory and business needs of the finance industry.
- Collaborate closely with IT and finance departments to align automation efforts with the company’s financial strategy, security standards, and compliance regulations.
- Ensure that automation solutions adhere to financial regulations (e.g., SOX compliance) and protect sensitive financial data.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience developing RPA solutions with tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, specifically within financial processes.
- Expertise in using Workato to integrate RPA workflows with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials).
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, such as billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting, and how to automate them.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML to enable integrations across financial systems and third-party applications.
- Proficiency in designing user interfaces tailored for finance teams, enhancing the user experience for financial automation tools.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and financial data transformation techniques.
- Experience with compliance requirements in finance, such as SOX, PCI-DSS, and data privacy regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex financial workflow and integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills for working closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workato certifications related to automation and integration.
- Experience working within the finance or banking sector, with an understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with finance-specific cloud-based applications and services (AWS, Azure) for RPA deployment.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma within finance operations.
