Job Title: Enterprise Data Pipeline Engineer (Informatica/Tooling Integration)
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We seek an Enterprise Data Pipeline Engineer experienced in enterprise pipeline tooling, building observable systems, and integrating tools for efficient alerting. The role includes designing scalable data pipelines, optimizing alert systems, integrating Informatica with OpsGenie, and engaging with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Tooling:
- Manage and optimize data pipelines using Informatica or similar tools.
- Implement governance, monitoring, and version control across pipelines.
- Observability & Alerting:
- Design an efficient alerting system, avoiding excessive alerts.
- Monitor system performance and ensure proactive issue resolution.
- Tool Integration:
- Integrate tools like Informatica with OpsGenie for streamlined alerting.
- Ensure seamless cross-platform tool integration.
- Client Engagement:
- Act as a technical point of contact, participating in client calls and working with CSMs.
- Provide technical insights and support for pipeline operations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in enterprise pipeline tooling (Informatica or similar).
- Proven experience in building efficient, observable systems and tool integration.
- Strong client-facing skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
