Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Customer Support Specialist at Dreamwave AI. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues,
and providing guidance and assistance throughout the customer journey.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Analytical Skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Dedication to Customer Satisfaction and ability to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a similar role or customer service experience
- Experience in the AI or technology industry is a plus
