Responsibilities

:
- Act as the central point of contact on assigned proposals, and lead and guide to complete Tool design.
- Tool design and development of Polyamide components for Injection moulding process.
- Facilitate multi-disciplined groups in brainstorming and developing solutions to key aspects of the proposal providing tactical advice and guidance with the ability to drive strategy andSolutions that result in winning submissions.
- Responsible for Feasibility study of component tool, machine, material and injection mould design.
- Able to support RFQ Marketing request to quote on time.

- Analytical skills
- Attention to Details study.
- Ability to prepare detail drawings of mould, Knowledge of GD & T, Injection moulding process, Process knowledge, Tool mfg. process knowledge and Detailed 2Ddrawing/drafting..
- Process document (CP, PFMEA) and APQP.
- Knowledge of products, manufacturing process, engineering standards.
- Knowledge of design tools and system.
- communication

Required Qualification : - CIPET/B.E/B.Tech- Plastic

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
